The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to many attractions and amenities. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.

The staff needs better customer service training as they were not very helpful. The rooms were poorly maintained, with small and short beds.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the airport and within walking distance of a great shopping mall. The staff were amazing, always helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and had all of the necessary amenities, including a balcony and nice sitting area. We appreciated the room service, laundry, and grocery shopping services. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the packed lunches. The indoor swimming pool was a great way to relax. Free Wi-Fi and on-site car parking provided were the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!

The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious apartments that were perfect for a group of friends like myself. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to the metro station and close proximity to the airport, making it convenient for travelers.

The room at Al Jawhara Hotel wassuper clean and cozy. The shower worked well and the bed was clean and cozy. The location was convenient, as it was close to the airport and the Metro system. The City Centre Deira: Shopping Mall was only a five-minute walk away, fantastic for shopping. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was a major advantage, as it was very close to a mosque and the Deira city center. being in good proximity to the airport was convenient for business travelers like me. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space after a long day of work. The hotel staff were helpful and made sure all our needs were met. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The view from the sliding door overlooking the airport was breathtaking, with planes taking off every few minutes.

There were some minor issues with the facilities. The fridge in our apartment was not cooling properly and had to be changed after 4 days.
